Energy Retailer definition

Energy Retailer means an entity that holds a valid licence or similar authorisation, issued by the relevant energy regulator, to retail electricity and/or gas in the State or Territory to which the retail licence relates;
Energy Retailer means a business that offers Energy Contracts.
Energy Retailer means any person or business who sells energy to another person for use at premises and haves either a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law.
