Energy Quantity definition

Energy Quantity means the monthly estimation of megawatt hours for any applicable Service Term(s). The values of the Energy Quantity are provided in Table 1 to the applicable Service Attachment(s), Market Exposure Calculation.
Energy Quantity means the amount of energy E contained in a certain NATURAL GAS VOLUME and expressed in kWh.
Energy Quantity shall have the following meaning:

Examples of Energy Quantity in a sentence

  • Seller acknowledges and agrees that the amount of the Annual Guaranteed Energy Quantity, Minimum Two Consecutive Contract Year Energy Quantity and Minimum Three Contract Year Energy Quantity shall not act as a cap on or otherwise affect Seller’s estimation of the amount of forecasted Delivered Energy at any time.

  • If Bidder is offering a PPA proposal, provide the Annual Expected Energy Quantity (AEEQ) and Annual Guaranteed Energy Quantity (AGEQ) for the Facility by completing Appendix D - Attachment D (Annual Energy Quantities).

  • Concurrently with the submission of its final invoice under this Agreement pursuant to Section 4.2(a), (or earlier, if Seller has received sufficient Revenue Quality Meter Data), Seller shall submit to Buyer documentation showing CAISO settlements for the delivery of the Required Energy Quantity, as calculated in accordance with Exhibit E and Section 1.7(c) below.

  • Seller shall sell and deliver, and PGE shall buy and receive, the Delivered Energy Quantity delivered pursuant to this Agreement, up to the Net Available Capacity.

  • OATIS is dependent on an electronic information system that will be accessed via the internet, Vector makes no warranty about the availability of the Energy Quantity, Operational Imbalance, ROI, Line Pack and Acceptable Operational Limit information referred to in Schedule Four on OATIS at any time.

  • By concluding this Contract MFGT shall lend the Natural Gas Energy Quantity Lent specified in Chapter VI to the Borrower for the period set out in Chapter II, Section 4, and the Borrower shall borrow the Natural Gas Lent and shall return it to MFGT until the date specified in Chapter VII, Section 2 or Chapter VII, Section 3.

  • In the event that any Offers are identical with regards to both Deemed Offer Price and Deemed Energy Quantity, the tie-break will be resolved using a predetermined and unique Offer index.

  • Borrower further represents that the energy quantity of the injected gas offered as collateral may not fall below the Natural Gas Energy Quantity Lent during the term of the contract.

  • Borrower undertakes that if based on its nomination, it is clear in advance that the energy quantity of the injected gas offered as collateral will no more cover the Natural Gas Energy Quantity Lent, Borrower shall replenish the collateral with offered gas up to the extent of the Natural Gas Energy Quantity Lent.

  • If Seller, after the Effective Date, increases (i) the Facility’s ability to deliver Facility Output, (ii) Nameplate Capacity, or (iii) Net Available Capacity through any means, including but not limited to replacement or modification of equipment or related infrastructure, such increased output or capacity shall not be considered Delivered Energy Quantity.


More Definitions of Energy Quantity

Energy Quantity means the standard volume multiplied by the calorific value;
Energy Quantity means the volume of the Energy Product that Seller and each Buyer agree to Schedule as set forth in Appendix 3.2(c)(i) or Appendix 3.2(c)(ii), as applicable.

Related to Energy Quantity

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • MMBtu means one million British Thermal Units.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Natural Gas Liquids means those hydrocarbon components that can be recovered from natural gas as a liquid including, but not limited to, ethane, propane, butanes, pentanes plus, and condensates;

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Small quantity generator means a generator who generates less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste in a calendar month.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Crude Petroleum means the direct product of oil wells or a mixture of the indirect products transportable like the direct products and containing not more than two percent (2%) of sediment, water, and other impurities.

  • Coal means non-coking as well as coking coal, produced domestically and categorized into different classes, grades and sizes, as per the notification/order issued for such purpose by Government of India(GoI)/CIL/ Seller; and shall where the context so requires, include Imported Coal.

  • Reid vapor pressure means the vapor pressure of crude oil or other volatile petroleum products at 100 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the latest edition of ASTM D6377 (RVPE): Standard Test Method for Determination of Vapor Pressure of Crude Oil.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Bulk gasoline plant means a gasoline storage and distribution facility with an average daily throughput of 20,000 gallons (76,000 liters) of gasoline or less on a 30-day rolling average.

  • Geothermal energy means energy contained in heat that continuously flows outward from the earth that is used as the sole source of energy to produce electricity.

  • Gallon means a United States gallon of two hundred thirty-one cubic inches of liquid at 60º Fahrenheit, and at the equivalent vapor pressure of the liquid.

  • Cubic foot of gas means the amount of gas required to fill a cubic foot of space when the gas is at an absolute pressure of fourteen and seventy-three hundredths (14.73) pounds per square inch at a temperature of sixty (60) degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Energy year or "EY" means the 12-month period from June 1st

  • Gas means any mixture of hydrocarbons and noncombustible gases in a gaseous state consisting primarily of methane.
