Energy Bureau definition

Energy Bureau means the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau, a specialized independent entity in charge of regulating, supervising, and enforcing the energy public policy of the Government of Puerto Rico, created by Act 57-2104 and renamed and reorganized by virtue of the Reorganization Plan of the Puerto Rico Public Service Regulatory Board and Act 211-2018, formerly known as the Puerto Rico Energy Commission and, further amended in Act 17- 2019.
