Endangered plant definition

Endangered plant means any native plant species that is in danger of extinction throughout all or a significant portion of its range within the State or any species determined to be an endangered species pursuant to the United States Endangered Species Act of 1973, Public Law 93-205, as amended.[PL 1999, c. 556, §13 (NEW).]
