End-User Transaction definition

End-User Transaction means a Trade exempt from the clearing requirement of Section 2(h)(1) of the Act because one of the counterparty to the Trade is entitled to and has elected to use the Clearing Exception.
End-User Transaction means a Transaction exempt from the clearing requirement of § 2(h)(l) of the CEA because one of the counterparties to the Transaction is entitled to and has elected to use the End-User Clearing Exception.

  • Consumer transaction means a transaction in which (i) an individual incurs an obligation primarily for personal, family, or household purposes, (ii) a security interest secures the obligation, and (iii) the collateral is held or acquired primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
