EMSD definition

EMSD has the meaning given in section 2.1;
EMSD means the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department which will supervise the Contractor in its supply, installation and provision of Warranty Services in respect of the communication equipment and ENE.
EMSD means the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the Government.
