EMS Audit Report definition

EMS Audit Report means a report setting forth the EMS Audit Findings resulting from the EMS Audit, which meets all of the requirements of Paragraph 17.b.
EMS Audit Report means the report developed by the EMS Auditor after completion of the EMS Audit pursuant to Paragraph 27 of this Consent Decree.
EMS Audit Report means a report prepared pursuant to and meeting the requirements of Paragraph 73 (Duties of the EMS Auditor).

  • If no comments are provided by EPA within 45 days of receiving the Audit Response and Action Plan, then the version of the EMS Audit Report provided pursuant to Paragraph 17 as modified by the respective Audit Response and Action Plan shall be deemed the final version.
