EMS Audit Findings definition

EMS Audit Findings means a written summary of all instances of nonconformance with the EMS Manual noted during the EMS Audit, and all areas of concern identified during the course of that audit which, in the EMS Auditor’s judgment, merit further review or evaluation for potential EMS, environmental, or regulatory impacts.
EMS Audit Findings means a written summary of all instances of non-conformance with the comprehensive EMS developed pursuant to Subsection IX.A. of this Consent Decree identified during EMS Audits of the Covered Facilities.

  • Energy audit means a systematic procedure with the purpose of obtaining adequate knowledge of the existing energy consumption profile of a building or group of buildings, an industrial or commercial operation or installation or a private or public service, identifying and quantifying cost-effective energy savings opportunities, and reporting the findings;

  • cost accountant means a cost accountant as defined in clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959) and who has obtained a certificate of practice under sub-section (1) of section 6 of that Act;

  • Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Purchaser's Accountants means Ernst & Young LLP, independent accountants of the Purchaser.

  • Statutory Auditors means a firm of chartered accountants appointed in terms of Section 224 of the Companies Act, 1956 and acting as the statutory auditors of the Concessionaire.

  • Peer review means evaluation of professional services rendered by a professional practitioner.

  • Independent Accounting Firm means such nationally recognized, independent accounting firm as is mutually appointed by Seller and Purchaser for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Medical Review Officer (MRO means a licensed M.D. or D.O. with knowledge of drug abuse disorders, employed or used by the City to review drug results in accordance with this procedure.
