Empresa de Energia Yamobamba Lease definition

Empresa de Energia Yamobamba Lease means the three year lease liability and cross currency swap with Banco de Credito del Perú for the La Ramada sub-station commissioned at the end of October 2014, as in effect on the date hereof.

  • SA means the booklet that describes the Health Care Coverage provided to Enrolled Members. The Subscriber Agreement(s) applicable to the initial Rating Period are listed in Section III.
