Empowerment Trust definition

Empowerment Trust means the Edcon Staff Empowerment Trust, which is a shareholder of the Issuer; “EU” means the European Union;
Empowerment Trust means the Edcon Staff Empowerment Trust, which is a shareholder of HoldCo;
Empowerment Trust the Italtile Empowerment Trust (Masters Reference Number IT 8366/07), a trust duly established in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Act;
