Employment Provider definition

Employment Provider means Upwork’s third-party employment provider(s) that are used to employ Freelancers that are classified as employees in conjunction with Upwork Payroll Services.

  • Employment Provider will enter into an employment relationship with the applicable Freelancer that governs the provisioning of Freelancer Services and Freelancer Work Product.
