Employing Organization definition

Employing Organization means an entity that employs or contracts with a lobbyist to act on behalf of a client.
Employing Organization means the agency, school district, charter school, institution of higher education or court system employing claimants in a position covered by the Delaware State Employees Pension Plan pursuant to 29 Del.C. Chapter 55 who are U.S. citizens or U.S. residents actively at work for one full day on or after January 1, 2006.
