Employer Stock Investment Fund means the Investment Fund invested in Employer Stock.An "Enrollment Date" means the following:·for 401(k) Contributions and Rollover Contributions, each day; and·for Employer Contributions, the first day of the first payroll period commencing in a calendar month.

  • Excess Stock means Excess Stock as defined in Section 7.4 of the Company's Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation.

  • Rollover Contribution means any rollover contribution to the Plan made by a Participant as may be permitted under Article V.
