Except as limited by this Article, management shall not be precluded from exercising its rights under Article 9 - Employer Rights of this Agreement.

An additional Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) unit is available in Group C for those taking the qualification as part of the Apprenticeship for Youth Work but the credits from Group C will not contributetowards the qualification.
