Employee Stockholders definition

Employee Stockholders means the Executive Stockholders and the Management Stockholders.

Employee Stockholders. FAMILY GROUP" means such Employee Stockholder's spouse and lineal descendants (whether natural or adopted) and any trust formed and maintained solely for the benefit of such Employee Stockholder, such Employee Stockholder's spouse or such Employee Stockholder's lineal descendants.

Employee Stockholders has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Employee Stockholders’ Agreement.

• As a condition to the exercise of any Option, each Holder shall be required to execute and deliver to Endo Pharma (i) an executed copy of the Employee Stockholders Agreement, in the form in effect at the time of such exercise, if such Holder had not previously done so and (ii) such written representations and other documents as may be necessary or reasonably desirable, in the opinion of the Committee, for purposes of compliance with federal or state securities or other laws.

Employee Stockholders means all persons designated as such on the signature pages of this Agreement and each other Person who hereafter agrees to become subject to this Agreement as an Employee Stockholder.
