EMPLOYEE PURCHASE PLAN definition

EMPLOYEE PURCHASE PLAN means the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan which provides for the purchase of up to 290,000 shares of Company Common Stock, of which 163,869 shares had been purchased as of August 31, 1998.
EMPLOYEE PURCHASE PLAN means the Advantage Solutions Inc. 2020 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
