Employee Census definition

Employee Census shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

Employee Census means a complete and accurate census of the Company Employees detailing, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, (i) name or employee identification number, (ii) the date of hire, (iii) title or position, (iv) employing entity, (v) work location, (vi) classification, (vii) full-time or part time status, (viii) leave status and (ix) such employee’s annualized compensation as of the date of such census, including base salary, vacation and paid time off accrual amounts, bonus and commission potential, severance pay potential and any other compensation forms, if applicable.

Examples of Employee Census in a sentence

  • If the blue Form of Proxy relating to the Court Meeting is not lodged by the relevant time, it may be handed to the Registrars or to the chairman of the Court Meeting before the start of the Court Meeting.

  • Prior to the Distribution Date the Company may only add individuals to the Employee Census (x) who are hired or transferred in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice either (I) to replace individuals who were removed from the Employee Census due to employment terminations or (II) as manufacturing or production employees or (y) with the prior written consent of Parent (which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed).
