Employee Bonus Plan definition

Employee Bonus Plan means that certain 2016 Change of Control Incentive Plan of the Company, effective as of immediately prior to the Closing, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Employee Bonus Plan means the Company’s 2012 Employee Bonus Plan.
Employee Bonus Plan means a plan established by the Company (and approved by Purchaser), for the payment of up to the Employee Bonus Amount as bonuses to certain employees of the Company, upon the terms set forth therein.

More Definitions of Employee Bonus Plan

Employee Bonus Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.
Employee Bonus Plan means: all bonus plans or arrangements maintained by the Employer or any of its subsidiaries (other than the Employer's 2012 Stock Incentive Plan) in which the Employee is eligible to participate for the year in which the Employee incurs a Termination of employment.

  • Bonus Plan means the Company’s management incentive plan or such other annual bonus plan in existence at the applicable time.

  • STIP means the Company’s short-term incentive plan under Section 8 of the Company’s 2007 Omnibus Incentive Plan, effective May 8, 2007, as may be amended from time to time, or any successor plan, program or arrangement thereto.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason as provided in Subparagraph 6(e), he shall be entitled to the Severance Amount only if he provides the Notice of Termination provided for in Subparagraph 6(f) within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the event or events which constitute such Good Reason as specified in clauses (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of Subparagraph 6(e);

  • MIP has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.
