All Units Award Disputes, and all Units Damages Dispute alleging breach of contract, tort, or public policy claims with respect to the Plan or this Agreement (collectively, “Plan Disputes”), shall be referred in the first instance to the Verizon Employee Benefits Committee (“EB Committee”) for resolution internally within Verizon.
