Employee Benefits Committee definition

Employee Benefits Committee or “Committee” shall mean the Employee Benefits Committee of the Company.
Employee Benefits Committee means a committee of Company management employees heretofore established by the Committee.

Employee Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of the Company, and any successor thereto.
