Employee A. Employee" shall mean any employee of the Employer maintaining the Plan or of any other employer required to be aggregated with such Employer as a related business under Sections 414(b), (c), (m) or (o) of the Code. The term Employee shall also include any leased employee deemed to be an employee of any employer described in the previous paragraph as provided in sections 414(n) or (o) of the Code. (B) Anything in Section 2.17(A) notwithstanding, for purposes of eligibility under Section 6 of the Short Form Adoption Agreement, the term "Employee" shall include all Employees of the Employer adopting the Plan and any other employer aggregated with this Employer under Internal Revenue Code Section 414(b), (c), or (m) and individuals required to be considered Employees of any such Employer under Code Section 414(n).
