Employed or retained means any person who is employed or retained by a massage establishment to practice massage therapy for compensation, whether such person is employed or retained by the massage establishment on a continuing, temporary or one-time basis.   • Actual Award means as to any Performance Period, the actual award (if any) payable to a Participant for the Performance Period, subject to the Committee’s authority under Section 3(d) to modify the award.
