EMMA Dataport Manual definition

EMMA Dataport Manual means the document(s) designated as such published by the MSRB from time to time setting forth the processes and procedures with respect to submissions to be made to the primary market disclosure service of EMMA by underwriters under MSRB Rule G-32.
