EMI-Authorized Record Label definition

EMI-Authorized Record Label means a record label that is, at the time Licensee seeks a license to reproduce and distribute Relevant A/V Master Recordings embodied in Digital Files as Limited Video Downloads and/or On-Demand Video Streams, authorized by EMI, pursuant to a New Digital Media Agreement with EMI, to act as EMI’s agent for the purpose of issuing such a license.

  • Authorized Reseller a reseller, distributor or other partner authorized by Celonis to sell Celonis products or services.

  • Specifically Authorized Representative (SAR), as used in this clause, means any person the Contracting Officer has so designated by written notice (a copy of which shall be provided to the Contractor) which shall refer to this subparagraph and shall be issued to the designated representative before the SAR exercises such authority.

  • Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments. 20 USC §1232h(c)(6)(A).

  • Authorized User means one named employee, contractor or agent of Customer (each identified by a unique email address) for whom Customer has purchased a subscription to the Subscription Services and who is authorized by Customer to access and use the Services under the rights granted to Customer pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Master Batch Record means the document, proposed by Lonza and approved by Customer, which defines the manufacturing methods, test methods and other procedures, directions and controls associated with the manufacture and testing of Product.

  • Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Authorized Representative of the Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of First-Lien Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral.

  • Contractors authorized to accompany the Force, or “CAAF,” means contractor personnel, including all tiers of subcontractor personnel, who are authorized to accompany U.S. Armed Forces in applicable operations and have been afforded CAAF status through a letter of authorization. CAAF generally include all U.S. citizen and third-country national employees not normally residing within the operational area whose area of performance is in the direct vicinity of U.S. Armed Forces and who routinely are collocated with the U.S. Armed Forces (especially in non-permissive environments). Personnel collocated with U.S. Armed Forces shall be afforded CAAF status through a letter of authorization. In some cases, Combatant Commander subordinate commanders may designate mission-essential host nation or local national contractor employees (e.g., interpreters) as CAAF. CAAF includes contractors previously identified as contractors deploying with the U.S. Armed Forces. CAAF status does not apply to contractor personnel in support of applicable operations within the boundaries and territories of the United States.

  • PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives means the representatives authorized by PURCHASER to receive any notice or instructions from STATE on behalf of PURCHASER and to take any action required in regard to performance of PURCHASER under the contract. PURCHASER's Authorized Representatives are identified in the Operations Plan. Contract means the entire written agreement between the parties, including but not limited to the Notice of Timber Sale, Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposal, Instructions to Bidders, specifications, terms, and conditions, Exhibits, Operations Plan, change notices, if any, the accepted bid, and the purchase order or price agreement document.

  • Initial Additional Authorized Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

  • Authorized Users means employees or contractors of the Licensee who regularly work at Your Workplace who use the Software.

  • Duly authorized representative shall include any person or persons acting within the limits of his or her authority.

  • Expiry Date (Data di Scadenza) means the "Expiry Date" as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
