Emergent Situation definition

Emergent Situation means a situation in which an individual is experiencing a serious mental illness or a developmental disability, or a minor is experiencing a serious emotional disturbance, and 1 of the following applies:
Emergent Situation. Means a situation which calls for immediate action which could not be reasonably predicted nor pre-planned.
Emergent Situation means a sudden, urgent, or unexpected occurrence or occasion which requires immediate action to protect against an imminent threat to the public health, safety, or welfare or to protect against an imminent threat of significant damage to property.
