Emergency Ride Home Program definition

Emergency Ride Home Program means a program offered to employees by either the Regional CTR Program Administrator or the employer that provides an emergency ride home to an employee if they use an alternative mode of transportation.

Department means the department of natural resources.

Emergency Response Plan means a plan developed by a school district or school to prepare and protect students and staff in the event of school violence emergencies.
Emergency responder means a licensed medical services provider, law enforcement officer, firefighter, volunteer firefighter or officer of a nonprofit volunteer fire company, emergency medical technician, emergency nurse, ambulance operator, provider of civil defense services, or any other person who in good faith renders emergency care or assistance at a crime scene or the scene of an emergency or accident."
Improvement Plan means a plan developed by the Evaluator of at least 30 calendar days and no more than one school year for Educators with PTS who are rated unsatisfactory with goals specific to improving the Educator’s unsatisfactory performance. In those cases where an Educator is rated unsatisfactory near the close of a school year, the plan may include activities during the summer preceding the next school year.
Insurance Program or “program” shall mean a program of the Authority under which participating members are protected against designated losses, either through joint purchase of primary or excess insurance, pooling of self-insured claims or losses, purchased insurance or any other combination as determined by the Board. The Board of Directors or the Executive Committee may determine applicable criteria for determining eligibility in any insurance program, as well as establishing program policies and procedures.

Procurement Plan means the Borrower’s procurement plan, dated February 16, 2005, covering the initial 18 month period (or longer) of Project implementation, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.02 to this Agreement, to cover succeeding 18 month periods (or longer) of Project implementation;
Emergency vehicle means emergency vehicles of municipal, township or county departments or public utility corporations when identified as such as required by law, the Ohio Director of Public Safety or local authorities, and motor vehicles when commandeered by a police officer. (ORC 4511.01(D))
Disaster Recovery System means the system embodied in the processes and procedures for restoring the provision of Services following the occurrence of a disaster;
Emergency service provider means a person:
Maintenance Program means LESSEE's maintenance program as approved by the Aviation Authority or such other maintenance program as LESSOR may, in its discretion, accept in writing.
Emergency medical services or “EMS” means an integrated medical care delivery system to provide emergency and nonemergency medical care at the scene or during out-of-hospital patient transportation in an ambulance.
Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of Call Off Schedule 2 (Security) a draft of which has been provided by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with paragraph 3.2 of Call Off Schedule 2 (Security) and as updated from time to time;
Emergency Services means police, fire, ambulance, rescue, and medical services.
Disaster Recovery Plan means has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.2.3 of schedule 5 (Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity);
Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
