Emergency ordinance definition

Emergency ordinance means an ordinance operating for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety or welfare, in which the emergency is defined;
Emergency ordinance means an ordinance which, in the opinion of the Town Board is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public property, health, welfare, peace and safety.
Emergency ordinance means an ordinance necessary in the discretion of the Board to meet an emergency.
