Emergency exit definition

Emergency exit means an emergency door, emergency window or escape hatch.
Emergency exit means an installed exit-type egress point from the aircraft that allows maximum opportunity for cabin and flight crew compartment evacuation within an appropriate time period and includes floor level door, window exit or any other type of exit, for instance hatch in the flight crew compartment and tail cone exit;

Emergency exit means any termination of this Contract which is a: termination of the whole or part of this Contract in accordance with clause 64 (Termination Rights), or clause 65 (Termination on Insolvency or Change of Control); or wrongful termination or repudiation of this Contract by either Party.
