Emergency care provider definition

Emergency care provider means a provider of emergency care services including a provider who also provides health care services that aren't emergency care services.

Emergency care provider or "ECP" means an emergency care provider a person licensed by the board, including but not limited to an emergency medical responder, an emergency medical technician, an advanced emergency medical technician, or a paramedic.
