Emergency ambulance call definition

Emergency ambulance call means a response to a request for ambulance service by the personnel of the AGENCY in a situation involving an emergency, as defined above, by an ambulance vehicle. A single response to a call may involve the transportation of more than one person at a time, but shall be considered as only one call.
