EMCC Board definition

EMCC Board means the Board of Directors of EMCC.

  • The EMCC Board may from time to time amend the Plan in any respect, including, but not limited to, amending the Plan for other purposes which may at the time be permitted by law.

  • Nothing contained in this Plan, and no action taken pursuant to the Plan, shall create or be construed to create a trust of any kind, or a fiduciary relationship between EMCC, its officers or the EMCC Board and a Participant, Inactive Participant or any other person or entity.
