  • Failure to pay any such Storage Fees within the time specified herein will result in immediate denial of further requests for any EMC Storage Services submitted by the Distributor, until the arrears in Storage Fees are paid in full, together with the applicable interest of two (2%) percent a month.

  • Storage Services means any Services which offer you storage capacity on the network for storage of content which you access from us.
