Embedded Control definition

Embedded Control means any microprocessor, microcontroller, smart instrumentation or other sensor, driver, monitor, robotic or other device containing a semiconductor, memory circuit, BIOS, PROM or other microchip.
Embedded Control means any microprocessor, microcontroller, smart instrumentation or other sensor, driver, monitor, robotic or other device containing a semiconductor, memory circuit, BIOS, PROM or other microchip, whether it is part of or operates in conjunction with any mainframes, midrange computers, personal computers, notebooks, servers, switches, printers, modems, drives or peripherals ("Hardware") or any other electronic or mechanical device that operates, controls or monitors any function of any real or personal property, including but not limited to any security, access control or telecommunications devices or systems.
Embedded Control shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.13 of the Agreement.

Examples of Embedded Control in a sentence

  • The functional elements of the Embedded Control System are divided into two groups: safety-related functions, and the VSD application itself.

  • A VSD (see Figure 1) follows a standard high-level design, which includes an Embedded Control System that: communicates with external controllers via the External Signals; actuates the Motor via the Power Section, to fulfil the application requirements and requests received via External Signals; and finally, uses current and speed feedbacks from Sensors to the control system.

  • Each item of Software, Database, and Technical Information in electronic form and Embedded Control has been scanned for and cleaned for all computer viruses in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures which are summarized on Schedule 4.15.2(b).

  • Distributed Co-Simulation of Embedded Control Software with Exhaust Gas Recirculation Water Handling System using INTO-CPS.

  • A VSD follows a standard high-level design, which includes an Embedded Control System that: communicates with external controllers via the External Signals; actuates the Motor via the Power Section, to fulfil the application requirements and requests received via External Signals; and finally, uses current and speed feedbacks from Sensors to the control system.

More Definitions of Embedded Control
