Embargoed Country means, at any time, a country or territory which is itself the subject or target of any comprehensive embargo under any Sanctions (as of the Effective Date, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, and the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic, which list may be amended from time to time).
Embargoed Country means any country or geographic region subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or embargoes administered by OFAC or the European Union, including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, and the Crimea region.
