Eloxx Company definition

Eloxx Company means any Eloxx Company, any of their respective subsidiaries and any other corporation, partnership, limited liability company, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise with respect to which Indemnitee serves as a director, officer, employee, partner, representative, fiduciary, trustee or agent, or in any similar capacity, at the request of any Eloxx Company.

  • Such Eloxx Company shall continue to provide such insurance coverage to Indemnitee for a period of at least ten (10) years after Indemnitee ceases to serve as a director or an officer or in any other Corporate Status.

  • A limitation under law of any Eloxx Company on providing indemnification or an advance of expenses to Indemnitee shall not limit the indemnification and advancement obligations of any Eloxx Company not so limited.
