Eligible Progress Billings definition

Eligible Progress Billings means a Receivable created by a Loan Party relating to any progress billing, that satisfies each of the criteria contained in the definition of Eligible Accounts other than clauses (l) and (n) of such definition; provided, that such Account is not unpaid more than sixty (60) days after the date of the original invoice date of such Account.
Eligible Progress Billings means, at any time, the Accounts of a Borrowing Base Party which would be Eligible Billed Accounts or Eligible Unbilled Accounts except that such Accounts represent progress or milestone billings, or which are otherwise conditioned upon the applicable Borrowing Base Party’s completion of any further performance or service, so long as such Accounts, when billed, are billed in accordance with the applicable billing procedures, performance thresholds and other provisions of an executed contract or other documentation satisfactory to Agent in its Permitted Discretion with the applicable Account Debtor.
Eligible Progress Billings means Accounts created by a Borrower that satisfy each of the criteria contained in the definition of Eligible Accounts other than clause (g)(i) of such definition; provided, that, such Accounts also satisfy the following criteria as:

Examples of Eligible Progress Billings in a sentence

  • The amount of any Reserve established by Agent, and any changes to the eligibility criteria set forth in the definitions of Eligible Billed Accounts, Eligible Unbilled Accounts, Eligible Progress Billings and Eligible Inventory, shall have a reasonable relationship to the event, condition, other circumstance, or fact that is the basis for such Reserve or change in eligibility and shall not be duplicative of any other Reserve established and currently maintained or eligibility criteria.

  • Eligible program means a program of education or training which:

  • Number of Students Who Began Program means the number of students who began the program who are scheduled to complete the program within the reporting calendar year.

  • Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”).   • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Eligible Projects means projects as described in Schedule B.

  • Eligible Product means, instead of the definition in FAR 25.003—

  • Number of Students Who Began the Program means the number of students who began a program who were scheduled to complete the program within 100% of the published program length within the reporting calendar year and excludes all students who cancelled during the cancellation period.

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Eligible project means 1 or more of the following projects of a local unit that have been approved by the director and the state treasurer, including costs associated with a project necessary for issuance of evidences of indebtedness to finance the project:

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.

  • Eligible provider means an incumbent local exchange carrier as defined in section 251(h) of the telecommunications act of 1996, 47 USC 251, that as of January 1, 2009 had rates for intrastate switched toll access services higher than its rates for the same interstate switched toll access services, and that provides the services and functionalities identified by rules of the federal communications commission described at 47 CFR 54.101(a).

  • Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).

  • Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;

  • Minor source baseline date means the earliest date after the trigger date on which a major stationary source or a major modification subject to 40 CFR 52.21 or to regulations approved pursuant to 40 CFR 51.166 submits a complete application under the relevant regulations. The trigger date is:

  • Key Performance Indicators or “KPIs” means the performance measurements and targets set out in Part 3 of Schedule 1 (Services) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Key Performance Indicator means a measure that captures the performance of a critical variable to expand and improve community-based corrections programs to promote offender success, ensure accountability, enhance public safety, and reduce recidivism.

  • Eligible patient means an individual who meets all of the following conditions:

  • Vehicle measuring attitude means the position of the vehicle as defined by the co-ordinates of fiducial marks in the three-dimensional reference system.

  • Approved Plans means a stock option or similar plan for the benefit of employees or others which has been approved by the stockholders of the Acquiror.

  • Non-Administrator Dialysis Facility means a Dialysis Facility which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan but has been certified in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • American Express Meeting Planner Account or “AMEX MPA” is the method by which all Master Account charges under this Agreement shall be settled with an American Express Meeting Planner Account or AMEX MPA number. The appropriate and authorized AMEX MPA number will be provided to the Contractor only when a final invoice is received, reviewed, and approved by the AOC, in accordance with the provisions of this exhibit.
