Eligible Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loan definition

Eligible Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan with respect to which each of the following statements is accurate and complete (and Borrower by including such Mortgage Loan in any computation of the Collateral Value of the Tranche A Borrowing Base or of the Collateral Value of the Tranche B Borrowing Base shall be deemed to so represent to Agent and Lenders at and as of the date of such computation):
Eligible Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loan. Eligible Mortgage Loan," "Eligible REO," "Eligible Repurchased Defaulted Mortgage," "Eligible Tranche A Mortgage Loan," "Eligible Tranche B Mortgage Loan," "Eligible Tranche C Mortgage Loan" or "Unit Collateral Value," (8) release Guarantor from any of its obligations under the Loan Documents, or (9) release any Collateral except in accordance with and pursuant to the Loan Documents. Each waiver or amendment granted pursuant to this Section shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose given.
Eligible Manufactured Housing Mortgage Loan set forth in Paragraph 16 of the Agreement is hereby amended to delete the reference to "ten percent (10%) of the Aggregate Credit Limit" appearing therein and replace the same with a reference to "five million dollars ($5,000,000.00)".

  • Eligible Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan:

  • Performing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Pari Passu Companion Loan that is not a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • Covered Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is covered by a PMI Policy.

  • Conforming Mortgage Loan means a first lien Mortgage Loan originated in accordance with the criteria of an Agency for purchase of Mortgage Loans, including, without limitation, conventional Mortgage Loans, FHA Loans and VA Loans, as determined by Buyer in its sole discretion.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which any Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof and for which the Mortgage Loan Documents have not been delivered to the Custodian.

  • MERS Eligible Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that has been designated by the Servicer as recordable in the name of MERS.

  • Manufactured home means a structure, transportable in one or more sections, which is built on a permanent chassis and is designed for use with or without a permanent foundation when attached to the required utilities. The term "manufactured home" does not include a "recreational vehicle".

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Purchased Mortgage Loans means the collective reference to Mortgage Loans sold by Seller to Buyer in a Transaction hereunder, listed on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule attached to the related Transaction Request, which such Mortgage Loans the Custodian has been instructed to hold pursuant to the Custodial Agreement.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Jumbo Mortgage Loan is a collective reference to Jumbo Mortgage Loans (Standard Limit) and Jumbo Mortgage Loans (Specialty).

  • Streamlined Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinance of a mortgage loan pursuant to the related Seller’s streamlined documentation program then in effect.

  • Park Sienna Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Park Sienna is the applicable Seller.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • ARM Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan pursuant to which the interest rate shall be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the related Mortgage Note.

  • Registered mortgage loan originator means any individual who:

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Countrywide Mortgage Loans The Mortgage Loans identified as such on the Mortgage Loan Schedule for which Countrywide is the applicable Seller.

  • High Cost Home Mortgage Loan as defined in the Massachusetts Predatory Home Loan Practices Act effective November 7, 2004 or (iv) a "High-Cost Home Loan" as defined by the Indiana High Cost Home Loan Law effective January 1, 2005.

  • Performing Serviced Mortgage Loan A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is not, and is not part of, a Specially Serviced Loan or REO Loan.

  • EMC Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans serviced by the Company pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Refinanced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were not used to purchase the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Eligible Substitute Mortgage Loan With respect to a Mortgage Loan substituted by the Transferor for a Deleted Mortgage Loan, a Mortgage Loan which must, on the date of such substitution, (i) have a Principal Balance, (or, in the case of a substitution of more than one mortgage loan for a Deleted Mortgage Loan, an aggregate Principal Balance), not in excess of, and not more than 10% less than the Principal Balance of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (ii) be accruing interest at a rate no lower than and not more than 1% per annum higher than, that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iii) have a Loan-to-Value Ratio no higher than that of the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (iv) have a remaining term to maturity no greater than (and not more than one year less than that of) the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (v) comply with each representation and warranty set forth in Section 2.03 hereof; (vi) be the same credit grade category as the Deleted Mortgage Loan; (vii) have the same prepayment penalty term; and (viii) not be a Cooperative Mortgage Loan unless the Deleted Mortgage Loan was a Cooperative Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage loan originator means any institution which originated a Mortgage Loan for a related Borrower.

  • FHA Approved Mortgagee A corporation or institution approved as a mortgagee by the FHA under the Act, and applicable HUD regulations, and eligible to own and service mortgage loans such as the FHA mortgage loans.
