Eligible Lender Trust Agreement definition

Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means the Trust Agreement dated as of the date hereof between the Issuer, as grantor, and the Eligible Lender Trustee, as trustee, and any similar agreement entered into by the Issuer and an "eligible lender" under the Higher Education Act pursuant to which such "eligible lender" holds Financed FFELP Loans as legal owner in trust for the Issuer as beneficial owner, in each case as supplemented or amended from time to time.
Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means the Eligible Lender Trust Agreement dated as of July 1, 2004, between the Trustee and the Purchaser, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, restated or otherwise altered.
Eligible Lender Trust Agreement means the Eligible Lender Trust Agreement dated as of April 1, 2000, between Access Group, as grantor, and the Eligible Lender Trustee, as trustee, and any similar agreement entered into by Access Group and an “eligible lender” under the Higher Education Act pursuant to which such eligible lender holds Financed Student Loans in trust for Access Group, in each case as supplemented or amended from time to time.
