Eligible businesses means non-retail businesses engaged in commerce for profit that meet the eligibility requirements for the applicable incentive offered by this subchapter, and fall into one (1) or more of the following categories:

A BP Fuelcard account holder can have multiplerepresentatives who each receive a BP Fuelcard account fuel card on behalf of the Eligible Businesses in accordance with the BP Fuelcard Terms and Conditions.
