If more than 1 Eligibility Year of Service is required, Participants must be 100% immediately vested.
For Employer Discretionary Contributions, in order to be credited with an Eligibility Year of Service, an Employee shall complete [....] (not to exceed 1,000) Hours of Service.
Such Eligibility Year of Service shall be measured by the twelve (12) consecutive month period beginning on the Employee's Reemployment Commencement Date and, if necessary, subsequent twelve (12) consecutive month periods beginning on anniversaries of the Re-Employment Commencement Date.
If a former Participant completes an Eligibility Year of Service in accordance with this provision, such Participant's participation will be reinstated as of the Re-Employment Commencement Date.
