Examples of Elevated Work in a sentence

  • The performance of any Elevated Work by Subcontractor Personnel and/or Personnel of Lower- Tier Subcontractors: (i) who have not made the above representations; and (ii) who have not been properly trained as qualified climbers in accordance with Section 10.3(a) above, shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and any associated Work Orders.

  • Furthermore, Subcontractor warrants, acknowledges, and agrees that it shall not perform or cause others to perform Elevated Work for Contractor and/or Customer unless expressly approved by Contractor.

  • It is also agreed that time spent taking the courses will not be compensated with the exception of Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platform training.
