Elementary School Zone definition

Elementary School Zone means a portion of a Highway under the City’s jurisdiction and within the geographic limits of the City, that adjoins the entrance to or exit from an elementary school (as defined in the Education Act) and that is within 150 metres along the highway in either direction beyond the limits of the land used for the purposes of the elementary school;
