Element Occurrence definition

Element Occurrence means an area of land and/or water in which a species is, or was, reported to be present or means a local population.

  • Landlord Default shall have the meaning given such term in Article 14.

  • Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.
