Electronics scrap definition

Electronics scrap or e‑scrap’ means electronic equipment that has been discarded. E‑scrap includes computers, monitors, and peripherals, as well as laptop computers and televisions.
Electronics scrap as defined under EIHWHRMR means circuit boards, electronic components and wires that are suitable for base or precious metal recovery.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • NEC Electronics as used in this statement means NEC Electronics Corporation and also includes its majority-owned subsidiaries.

  • Electronic nicotine delivery system or “(ENDS)” means any device that delivers a vaporized solution (including nicotine, THC, or any other substance) by means of cartridge or other chemical delivery systems.
