Electronic Securities Trading Service definition

Electronic Securities Trading Service means the electronic securities trading service and facility provided by you through the Electronic Trading Platform, which enables me/us to give electronic Instructions through the Internet, mobile phones or other electronic means, and the information services provided by KSL; “Financial Product” means any securities, futures contracts or leveraged foreign exchange contracts as defined under the SFO. Regarding “leveraged foreign exchange contracts”, it is only applicable to those traded by persons licensed for Type 3 regulated activity;
Electronic Securities Trading Service. (ESTS) means the software, systems and other facilities, including but not limited to website, electronic mail and other devices provided by GFSHK, which enables the Client to give electronic instructions and to obtain information services provided by GFSHK;
Electronic Securities Trading Service means the electronic securities trading service and facility provided by you through KCGMARKET which enables me/us to give electronic Instructions through the internet, mobile phones or other electronic means, and the information services provided by KSAL;

  • Electronic Product Code™ (EPC) means an identification scheme for universally identifying physical objects via RFID tags and other means. The standardized EPC data consists of an EPC (or EPC identifier) that uniquely identifies an individual object, as well as an optional filter value when judged to be necessary to enable effective and efficient reading of the EPC tags. In addition to this standardized data, certain classes of EPC tags will allow user-defined data. The EPC Tag Data Standards will define the length and position of this data, without defining its content.

  • Electronic Control System means a combination of units, designed to co-operate in the production of the stated vehicle control function by electronic data processing. Such systems, often controlled by software, are built from discrete functional components such as sensors, electronic control units and actuators and connected by transmission links. They may include mechanical, electro-pneumatic or electro-hydraulic elements.
