Electronic Message Center Signs definition
Electronic Message Center Signs means any sign that utilizes computer-generated messages or some other electronic means of changing the sign copy. These signs include displays using incandescent lamps, LEDs, LCDs or other similar types of technology. Additional regulations regarding electronic message center signs are contained in MVMC 17.87.050(C).
