Electronic Health. Record shall have the meaning given to such term in the HITECH Act, including, but not limited to, 42 U.S.C. Section 17921. Health Care Operations shall have the meaning given to such term under the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.501. Privacy Rule shall mean the HIPAA Regulation that is codified at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, Subparts A and E. Security Rule shall mean the HIPAA Regulation that is codified at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, Subparts A and C. Unsecured PHI shall have the meaning given to such term under the HITECH Act and any guidance issued pursuant to such Act including, but not limited to, 42 U.S.C. Section 17932(h).

  • Electronic Health Record shall have the same meaning as the term is defined in section 13400 of the HITECH Act (42 U.S.C. §17921(5).
