Where a Participant has attended an Appointment, the Provider must record a result for the Appointment in the Electronic Diary on the same day of the Appointment or, where this is not possible, as soon as possible thereafter, in accordance with any Guidelines.
Where a Participant has recorded a Personal Event, the Provider must, in accordance with any Guidelines, consider the Personal Event in light of the Participant’s personal circumstances, and confirm the Personal Event in the Participant’s Electronic Diary where the Provider considers that it is appropriate to do so.
Where a Participant has an Appointment with the Provider, the Provider must, in accordance with this Agreement and any Guidelines, meet with the Participant on the date of the Appointment as recorded in the Provider’s Electronic Diary.

If the Provider is satisfied that a Participant (Mutual Obligation) has an Acceptable Reason for being unable to comply with a Mutual Obligation Requirement on the date or at the time the Mutual Obligation Requirement is scheduled to occur in their Electronic Diary, the Provider must reschedule or remove the Mutual Obligation Requirement from the Electronic Diary in accordance with any Guidelines.
