Electronic Authorization definition

Electronic Authorization. Authorization obtained as described in Section 4.B of Schedule II (p.11)
Electronic Authorization is the use of electronic messages sent over a telecommunications network by the Subscriber to Access Point to authorize orders for Services but does not include any names, epilogues, signature blocks or purported authorizations contained within the user-controlled area of the message.
