Electricity Metering Point definition
Electricity Metering Point means the location at which Seller maintains meters and metering devices used to measure the delivery and receipt of Energy for payment purposes.
Electricity Metering Point has the meaning set forth in Section 14.01(a).
Examples of Electricity Metering Point in a sentence
Seller shall have the responsibility, at its expense (as between the Parties), to cause the Net Electrical Output to be delivered from the Electricity Metering Point to the Interconnection Point.
Notwithstanding the installation of other meters required by the MAE Rules, for the purposes of all calculations under this Agreement, the Parties shall use the Electricity Metering Point.
All Net Electrical Output shall be measured at the Electricity Metering Point.
