Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) definition

Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE). Any of the Electrical and Electronic Equipment listed in appendix 1. This list may be revised annually by Ecotrel.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) means equipment which is dependent on electric currents or electro-magnetic fields to be fully functional including those used for the generation, transfer and measurement of such currents and fields falling under the categories set out in Schedule-I.
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) means any equipment that depends on electric current or electromagnetic field to be functional as are specifically covered by the Type Approval Standards set out by the Commission.

The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Electronic Services means a service provided by us, for example an Internet trading service offering clients access to information and trading facilities, via an internet service, a WAP service and/or an electronic order routing system.

  • Sewage Treatment Plant means any arrangement of devices and structures used for treating sewage.
